Online payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking credentials on our servers. Payment confirmation details (for example, payment ID and order ID) may be stored to verify transactions and support refunds where applicable under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Registration and account data are stored using Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Storage as applicable). We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) to complete transactions
• Conference organizers and authorized committee members for event operations
